So there's 2 things going on, when I go over a speed bump at an angle I hear a clicking or popping sound like something is going back at forth when my car wobbles over It, second is when I turn to hard a get a loud screeching sound not sure if that's caused by the same thing or not

Raise the vehicle front end and place on jack stands, grab the tire at the top and bottom and check for play, if there is play it could be the lock washer and or nut that holds the outside bearing in place has come loose or in my case was missing. Besides that, check the brake parts, calipers, pads etc, c.v joints also. The ball joints themselves can be checked by raising the vehicles front tires off the ground just enough to place a pry under the front tire and try to lift up on it any play then possibly the ball joints. I own an 04 Plat Path hopefully this will give you some insight on what to look for

turning fully to lock and hearing screeching sound even when not moving is likely your power steering system. Be sure to check the resevoir fluid level when the wheels are pointed forward.

Other sound might also be a swaybar bushing/bracket that is worn out/broken.
