yup put a 2x4 under the oil pan and jack that mother up. You should be able to replace both mounts with ease (under 3 hours) if all goes well. I did the drivers' side first which was easy, and then the passenger side took me a while, b/c I couldn't get the engine high enough. The transmission mount was suprisingly the hardest, b/c there was so much tension on the mount and the bolts kept popping out when I'd put the opposite side bolt in.

This was replacing stock mounts with NISMO mounts by the way, which are slightly bigger and have longer bolts.

can the mount replacement be done the same way for all cars, my cuzn got mounts for his rsx, just lift the engine under the oil pan and we should be able to get to it?

u need enough clearance to swap em out, depends on high it needs to go, but a jack on the transmission and a cherry picker is the best way to go
