do i need to drop tank to change fuel pump 95 path?

fuel pump kept blowing fuses then it quit all together do i need to drop the tank or is their access from inside vechicle wwhat pump should i use?:oface

if there is access it will be under the passenger rear seat cushion. it would be a plate with 3 or 4 10mm bolts holding it in. But i think the tank has to be dropped. As far as what should you use I recommend factory.
