Alright im doing the 30mm z32 upgrade. I have the 17/16 size mc. Now this thing has been a pain in the *** trying to get a fiitting or find a fitting to fit, i completly destroyed my old mc trying to cut the fittings out and im starting to give up. Now im about to just go and get a new m.c. out of the junk yard. Should i be alright with it? I am only doin the front brake swap.

#1, you do need to destroy the old M/C to get the fittings out of it.(cut to remove fitting)#2, you should do the job complete. None of this halfassed crap when it comes to your most important safety device.#3, go get an old m/c from the junkyard, then use that as your core for a new unit from a parts house.

grab a crappy M/C out of a junkyard, and give the core to a nice rebuild aprts place(use the crappy junkyard one for the core) so you get a new m/c with rebuild seals, etc....much better idea, IMO.-chet

btw you don't need to upgrade the master cyclinder when doing just a front brake upgrade. buddy of mine has same swap with stock mc and his brakes are great.
