Do I need the plate that goes between the engine and transmission. I know it keep dust and rocks out plus I have a brand new twin disc..please let me know. Thanks

its smart to have it but i wouldnt stress trying to find a real one. thats like looking for a needle in a haystack.

just go to home depot, get some sheet aluminum and tin snips.

snip, dremel to make it pretty then drill a couple holes, throw some bolts in. done.just make sure it clears the flywheel, but it will be very obvious if its rubbing (squealing noise while engine is running)

Joe you convinced me to make one..Im close to being done but does anyone have a picture of a rb26 or rb25 Trans dust shield. Not sure how big to make the center hole.Was going to make it 6 inches but I dont want it to scrub on my flywheel. Im using 22ga steel....any help would be awesome. Ill be taking my clutch and flywheel off now and checking the forums when I take breaks. Thanks Jay

get one from some one parting a motor set...a 25 or 20 plate will work just fine on the 26.
