Hey all,

Wondering If I need to upgrade my injectors, Not sure what duty cycle they are running at now but I would not like to upset anything. I think the re-flowed 440cc injectors are a good price at 300$ and the 550cc for 370$ especially drop-in's, but my budget just died after konis/bilsteins, ground control springs and numerous other parts.

What is a good fuel pressure to be running and where should it be set with vaccum on and off?

stock GTR injectors with the resistor packs if you can find them. 440cc stock.

I was looking at that, I only have one problem. How do I know second hand injectors have proper flow an work correctly. Also GTR injectors are hard to find with the resistor pack.

I would get them cleaned before using them to be honest. Acura Legend has a resistor box that will work, I'm running one on my 20. If you can get a quality injector go for it, I try to stay away from the redrilled high flow injectors.

to run GTR injectors:
Resistor pack 100$
444cc GTR injectors 150$
Cleaning/ flow testing 50-100$?
so 300-350$

where as new drop in DeatschWerks 550cc injectors are 370$ seems like the obvious choice.

What I would like to know is do I really need them and are they viable without a tune at my level? I just don't want to be running out of fuel with 12psi of boost.

I'm sure a little increase in fuel pressure could make up for it? What is a good pressure to be running with the above listed parts?

It's not even going to turn over without a tune. Stock RB20 injectors are 270cc. It's too big a jump to even hope for the car to start. The K value is going to need to be changed for sure.
