no I don't think u need the belt

thats the beauty of the SOHC setup

the waterpump runs off the altenator belt

to keep the car running you really only need 1 belt on there

I bought mine for 110 shipped on ebay, I like the quality of them... there are a few different styles, I'll show you which ones I bought exactly...

they also come with plugs already so you can get rid of the AICV? the part that goes to your airbox and the EGR system... both of them are unnessecary

I also deleted all my emissions vacuum hoses... I had to plug a hole in the intake

then I looped around two ports on the intake manifold/TB

then the last port comming off the intake manifold I took a section of old vacuum hose I took off and cut a piece to goto the EGR... maybe I'll take some pics I got nothing better to do....

Get

HeaderExhaustTestpipePulley

Removing the emissions stuff probably doesn't give much power, but it sure cleans it up!

this picture you see the two vacuum ports, as I call em, I looped together... I just took a piece of old tubing off something else that would fit these two, one is a different size I believe so you really have to squeeze it on.....

here I took a bolt and some tarish type material we use for A/C evaporator boxes to seal it off... use your imagination here, just use something that won't get sucked into the intake manifold.....

This is the port off the intake manifold where I took an old piece of hose and sent it to the FPR... which is located on the backside of the fuel rail... I couldn't get a good quality picture of it.....

in the end pretty much the only thing with vacuum going to it now is the FPR, as you can see... and the big line that runs to the brake booster......

This is the header I bought:

not from this seller but this style, this guy has it for 90 shippedhttp://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWDVW
