Do I need 300zx rear calliper conversion brake lines?

I need to know if I can use the stock rear caliper (hydralic) lines? S13 Calliper lines goes thru the bolt, into the caliper. The guy I bought the brakes from gave me conversion lines for the front, so wondering if I need to order them for the back too.

Title says Z32, and he said he bought the brakes from someone, so it looks like he bought front and rear z32 calipers for his s13. Well, I know OP didn't stated clearly though.
