Ok, car been down for just around a year now. While it was down I did tomei springs and cams, port and polish, t3/t04e, sard 660cc injectors, fmic and piping, emanage, and Q45 maf. I started it up for the first time yesterday and let it idle for a while. Today I took it down the street and back. Now when I start it up it idles a 1000rpm then slowly drops till it dies. The wideband shows 14.5 at 1000rpm idling and if you blip the throttle in neutral goes up into the 20's. It sounds like it's running out of gas but the gauge shows 40 psi at the regulator. Any ideas?

fuel press is supposed to be 43.5psi without vacuum. sounds like your fp is a bit low, especially if your vacuum is connected when you took the 40 psi reading.

and yes, you need a tune

Does the emanage have an option for the Q45 MAF? How are you telling your ecu that you're using a different air map? To me, sounds like MAF issues.

Yes, emanage has an option for the Q45 maf and I did the injector correction also.
