Iam thinking about doin my own oil changed and when i looked in the manual is said that the oil pan bolt needed to be torqed at 19-22 foot pound. So I was wondering if I have to buy a torque and torque it.

I would say no. Just tighten it by hand and don't get carried away.

Look at it this way: If you see any leak, you can always tighten a little more, but if you go crazy on it you could strip it. About 1/4 to 1/2 a turn once you have it finger tight should be just right.

^ What he said. I just give a good tug and that's it. Unless you have big arms, you won't strip it out with a little socket wrench.

I torque just about everything. I've run across a lot of damage, including complete engine failure due to over or under torqueing. What is the torque spec for the oil pan bolts 2009 Versa 1.8L ?

Is there an online manual?

The torque specs I found are 89 inch pound, 7.4 ft lbs and 7 ft lbs
