Ok i have a new garrett s15 turbo, 555cc injectors, z32 maf, greddy suction, greddy fmic, greddt type rs bov, greddy profec 2, greddy timer, walbro fuel pump, stage three clutch, 9.5lb flywheel, koyo radiator, 3" from dump all the way to rear.BUT NOW Im learning most of this will not work with my blacktops 1997 180sx type x (j4) ECU and to make things worse everyone is saying that the j4 cannot be tuned due to some doughter board and mcu problems, whatever that means. I hope i came to the right place can anyone confirm this about the j4 ecu and do you know of anyone that can tune one. If i have to toss it out can i switch ecu's and how would i go about doing it.

Well what you could do is get an ECU that is tuned for your specs. Or you can get one of those expensive *** aftermarket ecu's that will cook your dinner for you.

You can just switch over to a E5 ecu and tune it for you're stuff. Thats what my friend did, his using a E5 ecu on his sr20 type x engine and it works peachy.
