Do I get more miles on my counter with these rims & tires?

So I had the standard rims/tires on my 2012 altima coupe which were P215/55R17. I now have have P245/40R19.

So i went from 17" rims to 19" rims with thinner tires. I did not change the suspension. Basically is the odometer displaying less miles than I have actually driven? I know it will NOT be significant, but wanted to know...

Yes 26.3 is your OEM O.D. and 26.7 for your new setup; larger diameter means more distance per tire revolution, but that to me is better then your odometer displaying more miles then you have actually driven.

Okay so just to confirm, your saying I travel more than a mile before it registers a mile? so basically im getting better mileage on my Odometer?

If you drive 10,000 miles, your odometer will have gone up by 9,848 miles.

going from stock 235/45R18's to 245/45/R18's, so 10,000 miles for me is 9,867 miles...yay! but 140mph is only 138ish... :'( guess the bully Dog will help me get back to that mark...
