Do hardbody KA24E's bolt into 240's? What are the differences

I need to know if the block on a harbody pickup the same as the 240 single cam. I know the intake manifold is different and the cams are different.

But, I'm going to rebuild a KA24E for turbo setup. I can get one from a truck much cheaper than from a 240.
