Does it make the sound when you aren't applying your brakes?

That's probably not good. I would NOT drive it until you were able to get the brakes inspected. It sounds like it could be that the rotor is worn all the way through the friction material of the rotor and you are now braking on the cooling fins of the rotor and the piston of the caliper. I cannot stress enough how important it is you don't drive the car until you can get it looked at.

That's pretty crazy. Brakes are easy to inspect, just jack the car up and look at them (or look straight through your wheels if you can).

The only other thing I can think of would be a wheel bearing that is severely gone, or something attached to either your tire or axle or something that is whipping around hitting something.

While you have the wheel off the ground, try and rock it from top to bottom (push in at the top towards the axle while you pull out at the bottom, towards you, and alternate that). If there is any play at all, your wheel bearing is toast.

Does the wheel vibrate at all when this happens? If so, how bad?

Do you hear that noise when you're turning or while going straight?

It almost sounds like the dreaded "KA death rattle" but it's tough to tell. Pull the dipstick and let us know what the oil level is at. If there's oil on it, what color is it and how much?

Me and my husband and his grandfather changed the oil in it like 3 days before it started messing up. O.o oil level was near the H and it was the normal unused oil color.
