do all cams have paint on them?

so im looking at buying a set of 91 240 camsbut they dont have paint on themdid some not come with it?could the paint wear off?maybe got varnished over?

the intake cam has green stripe and the exhaust has orange stripeon the s13but did they all come with the paint?or was it just some factory's that did it?

in other words will every stock cam have paint on it out of a ka?

every stock cam that I've pulled has paint on it. just my 2 cents.
