Do all 95+ J30's have VLSDs?

I called up my local junkyard in an attempt to find a VLSD that would fit in my S13 but the 2 guys I talked to on the other end were absolutely clueless. Its a large yard, Damrons LKQ in Crystal River. I told them I was looking for a limited slip diff. from an 89-93 240sx and they said they had one. I had them send it to the shop only to discover it was an Open diff. So I call back, explain the problem and how and am informed that they've got no listing for a LSD for a 240. I also had them check to see if they had an J30 VLSDs and they said they had no listing for a LSD on them either.

So my question is this, did all 95+ J30s come with the LSD or was it a factory option? I was trying to pick up my rear end locally so I wouldn't have to pay $60-$80 in shipping but its beginning to look like thats not going to happen.
