DNX 5120 VS 5140?

Whats the major difference between the Kenwood DNX 5120 and the DNX 5140 besides the price difference?

Both units seem to have the same options but im still not sure why the DNX5140 is more then 300 dollars..?

In the DNX-8120, there is an SD slot for memory.. in the DNX-5140, it has the ability to store memory via the USB cable.. the DNX-5120 does NOT have the ability to store memory (i.e. for custom points of interest, etc)

Ohhh ok I see. I wanted to spend my money wisely and if the only reason its more expensive is because it has SD clot then i dont see the reason for it. thanks!! Is that the only reason? theres not an upgrade on audio quality or anything majorly important that would make it worth the money?

no, no other diferences that I'm aware of... i checked all the audio stuff, its all the same.. that's the only difference I can see!
