Let me start off by thanking all the guys that showed and showed enthusiam about their Nissans. That's what this is all about.
After leaving the dealership in a Radiant Ember SE 04 Maxima, I was a little under the weather about the weather and had it in my mind that there would be no one at Tigerbull's once I got there. I was running a little late because I had a customer that needed extra attention because she had been treated badly at another dealership. She, like I , will be a permanent Nissan customer. I got a little turned around, with my trusty sidekick Brandon Cannady, and had all but given up hope on making it to the meet. Then, like a ray of hope, I saw a bright yellow Nissan gleaming in the parking lot of an abandoned grocery store. I knew I had arrived. I was greeted by this maniac with wild hair (hey Chris) and a group of smiles as they jumped in front of the car. Brandon and I jumped out as I proclaimed, "Welcome to the next generation!" and we were immediately welcomed. We went over some of the specs, gave model information but the biggest and best part of it all was just getting to know the guys in the Dallas Nissan Enthusiast club. They were all so great and made both of us feel so welcome. Time flew by and I had to make a fast getaway before I was locked out of the dealership, but I made some promises that I would try to attend every meet and bring a new car every meet and guys, I mean it. To those of you who I missed or could not come....you've got to make it to the next one and you've got to come see the new Maxima. I drive 'em everyday and I still can't say enough about it. So to Chris and Darrick, Jeff and Joffe. Yeah, you too Mike. And to everyone else we met, thank you, sincerely for accepting me and Brandon and I will definitely, DEFINITELY, see you next time.
