FULL SPARK PLUG JOB. (obviously this also can be used to replace your coils)

Most spark plug manufacturers such as NGK, Denso, Bosch and ACDelco recommend that you should not use anti-seize lubricant on the new spark plugs since it can lead to over tightening. But many people insist that applying a tiny amount of anti-seize to the threads of a new spark plug can make it much easier to remove if it is not replaced again for 100,000 miles.

Nice Video

After how many miles/time would you recommend changing the plugs?

these laser iridium plugs are the same plugs used from the factory. they are good for roughly 100,000 miles. i changed mine at 73,000miles. they are not cheap, running $16.99/each! so if i was someone that relied upon the dealer to perform the service, i'd run them till 100,000miles. but since i am capable of doing it myself, i run them till about 70,000-75,000 miles.
