Soooo- ok, this is a huge giveaway to my 2nd surprise for Carlisle, but idc lol. I want the template thing under my name haha. I know stillen has steps located in their instructions, but this may be easier too :)

Here are the steps w/ pictures in:
Removing your Stock Altima Coupe 08'-10' Side Rockers/Sideskirts.

Items you will need:
A Flat head screwdriver, or... this:

A nice, angled phillips head screwdriver, similar to this to get into the screws at the wheelwells:

and the most important tool, yourself. LOL :rotfl
2 people can partake, but its easier to take them off with one, and if you are fitting new ones on after, 2 will be better for testing fitment.

Procedure/Steps:
Take off the 3 screws with the phillips head screwdriver off the mudflap mount in the front of the vehicle. There are 2 screws in the wheelwell, and one UNDER the flap holding it onto the stock rocker.

Next, go to the rear wheelwell and remove the one screw that holds the extra support.

Now, get a nice positioning underneath the rocker panel. You will see flaps leading from the panel to the metal of the car that is held in by black pushpins. We are going to pop those off.

With a flathead screwdriver, or the pushpin tool shown above, get the tip inside one of the 3 notches in the pushpin head. It will pop up a little bit, and you can then slide the screwdriver or 'PP tool" :rotfl under the head and gently pry the pin out. They lock when in, and unlock when you pop the middle thread out. (Just like for the front bumper for those of you that have done that)

When it is off: (Don't worry about the cable-tie, I removed my underglow before hand and it was holding it up lol)

Once all the pushpins are out, (I think there were 5 on each side) the length should look like this:

Now the fun part! But listen closely cus its easy to screw this up lol

START FROM THE FRONT! (I started from the back, more on that after this) and pull with relative force. There are clips that will pop out off till you get to the door jam. You can slide the rest (rear) clips off either going forward or down, but they need to be relatively aligned as they only release on one of 4 sides (sorta a pain or just work it w/ patience).

WHAT I DID:
I started from the back, and just pulled. all the clips popped out, 2 broke, but that was expected. They do that, no biggie.

Pull the sides all the way, and there are little rubber protective stoppers. If you strip one of the self popping connectors, (which is expected at least once) just be careful and pop it out with the flathead or the "PP tool"

Image

Viola!! Repeat on the other side in same order, and your sideskirts are off and ready to have new ones test fitted!

No more custom titles since the change in servers if that's what you're talking about with the "template thing under your name"

Nice write up though, I had to replace my fender a bit ago and had to take off the side skirt. Two of the tabs towards the rear on the driver side snapped and so now it hangs a little loose :frown:
