3rd brake lights weren't mandated until 1986, & mostly on passenger cars.bina12834 wrote:

I think the first cars to have them (and it led to them being mandated) were NYC yellow cabs . Now if you have a new or newer (made since the 1990s) car - and you don't have the light - then you are at risk.6sp3.5 wrote:
