DIY Paint Advice

Ok, please no one make fun of me.

I want to paint my car flat black (yes, ala SCC....Dave is my hero;)) I also want to remove my stock rear coupe spolier and fill the holes. Anyone have any advice for me? Sanding procedures? Hole filling? I think it will look hot with a zenki front lip, JDM 180SX turn signals and sleepy eyes.

that's my baby. no advice though, i never did the body work. we removed the spoiler and painted it jet black.
