Finally got around to cleaning my Injen filter. Took some pictures along the way.

Got this kit.1. Remove the dusty filter. Mine has seen about 8-10k miles.

2. Rinse with water to get the dirt and dust off.

3. Use the cleaning solution "liberally."

4. Wait 15 minutes for it to absorb and rinse again. Should look pretty gray at this point.

5. Let the filter dry completely. Today was hot as hell so it dried pretty quickly. Filter is gray without the oil.

6. This picture is awesome.

7. Apply the oil. Injen provides specific directions, but you basically want it to cover everything without soaking it completely.

8. Wait at least 20 minutes for the oil to absorb, put it back on, and you're done!

Your intake should have come with a bright yellow sheet of paper with the part # of the cleaning solution. How long are you going to wait until you clean it? I've only driven like 200 miles since my install.

BTW here is the part #....21-110
