Since I replaced all my lights in the car with led the last one was in glove box. But after removing the light I found it was a really tiny light which is not only I couldn't find led like this but I couldn't find a replacement in local autozone. Took me 10 minutes to do all this.
There's 7 screws that holding glove box:

Remove the cover on the side:

Pull the box out and turn the connector to pull it out:

This is my new light from vleds http://www.v-leds.com/Exterior-LED/Cour ... 81144.html:

The connectors are different so cut the wires and test. Red goes to red(positive) and yellow goes to black(negative).

Make a good connection then stick the light to the same spot where original was and you done:

A lot brighter. Couldn't make a picture of original light since after removing that tiny bulb I lost it somewhere in a grass.

I was about to replace the back-up bulb behind the circular lens in the rear. The only thing holding me back is the installation. I went to the rear and open the liftgate and removed those little plastic panels approximately behind the lens. Looking inside I was just all confused and said to myself forget it. It is probably easy to change but I never really do the electrical mods even though this is just an installation. I can change oil & filters, cabin filters, screw & bolt things on, stick 3M products, but electrical related stuff is my achilles heel.

The closest thing I have done that is electrical is plugging a cigarette adaptor to run my dvd player and GPS. :picard:

How did you stick the light on? i order the same thing from the vled link you posted and its easy to wire it but how did you stick the light on? i haven't received the bulb yet. I changed all my bulbs too. all the dome lights and trunk are like a xenon color and vanity and the glove box are white so you can see better the vanity are white because the xenon is makes u look blue in the mirror and the glove is going to be the same. but the xenon bulbs i put on look really sick i will post a pic up soon

There's a piece of 3M double tape on the back of it. I ordered with 6K color and I like it. Actually all my lights with 6K color. It is not really blue it is more white but yes it is kinda bluish.

Did you have any trouble removing the glove box? I cannot gently pull the glove box out after removing the seven screws. Did you find any retaining clips that need to be pushed out first before pulling out the glove box? I am frustrated.
