As long as the injectors are the same spec (dimensions, flow, connector, etc) just swap them, no calibration. Or you can do the rail, again, as long as it fits right. The most common problem when swapping injectors is pinching the o-ring on installation, which will cause fuel leaks. This is bad cause your car will run rough, perform poorly, and you'll accelerate ring wear in the bad cylinder. I would be wary of swapping the entire rail unless you're sure those injectors are at least as good as the original ones. Test it for leaks first. Hook up some longer fuel hoses and set the entire rail in a pan. Have someone turn the key to on (don't start the car) so the pump primes, and watch to see if any fuel squirts out. I suppose if you're really careful you can have them try to start the car and you can watch the injectors to make sure the spray patterns look good. Just remember you're working with gasoline so take all necessary precautions to ensure you don't start a fire.
