Job is not difficult, even with limited hand tools.
-Remove the air inlet duct (undo air filter clips, disconnect MAF sensor, disconnect 3 tubes, loosen clamp to TB and undo bolts tied up with duct)
-Disconnect starter connectors (one single-wire connector and the battery connector to starter solenoid)
-Remove two bolts
-Remove starter
-Reverse procedure for installation.
Note: In some cases, the starter may just be 'sticky' and needs cleaning. You can dis-assemble the starter, but make alignment marks so you can quickly put them back. The front side is mechanical - pinion and planet gears which can be cleaned and then lubricated with White Lithium Grease. The rear is the motor itself which can be cleaned with Contact Cleaner.
