I had cracked an oem engine mount on my 1992 240sx ka24de. I saw the price of the new engine mounts, close to 200, and it wouldnt have felt good to spend that much money. So i was walking around autozone and came across these http://www.sportsimportsusa.com/lahedureruco.html in the suspension section for 7.99 for 4 blocks. They are hard as hell, but not as hard as solid mounts. 2 of them were exactly the same size as the oem mount. I bought some quick set epoxy, epoxied two togethor and stuck it in the vice. I then epoxied a 1/2 inch washer to the top and bottom of the block, drilled a hole all the way through, and then mounted it to the engine with a grade 8 bolt and nut and a couple of extra washers. It worked great. the car idles fine, not rough like solid mounts, and the setup seems really durable. I figured i would let you guys know this works before you spend an insane amount of money on new mounts.

lol the most ghetto rigged motor mount i have ever heard/seen was a bit of chain bolted to the frame and to the motor on both sides he said it only cost him about 10$ and if it breaks that it will only cost him about 6$ to fix both "motor mounts" lol just something funny to share

LOL, that chain thing is classic. I would never have thought of that (which is probably good)
