DIY ECU tuning

anyone done this like any way to do this using OBD2 instead of Consult 2. I bought this software from ebay and thye say i can increase my BHP I still didn't get the stuff but sitill dont really believe it will work but bought ti nay way coz it was only $10 but any one have any idea on this this

Good luck! I don't know of any software that can cause up to 50% gain in power.Does it come with a cable for the OBD port? If that is true, then there is no need to super/turbo charge an engine to gain such power.

no just the software, but i have a elm 327 so hope it works but yea the 50%hp gain is bs know any other software/hardware can tune the ecu with

Dude, if your going to try to get a good tune for your car, then I would recommend just going with a piggy-back system like a GReddy e-manage ultimate

thanks the piggy back ecu's a little too much for the maxima, but what do you know about aem systems i have a 95 eclipse bought for $700 with blown head gasket, its going to be a summer project fix it up with a turbo so thinking of using something cheap on that
