What you need.
Screwdriver
Dremel with plastic cutting wheel
cup holders from a 90s Altima or Maxima ( i got 3 sets at the junk yard all from different modules of Altima and Maxima)
Lets get started.
This is all the stuff you will need to get the job done.
First you need to take the cup holder apart and do a test fit to make sure you have the right parts. Just push the tabs in and pull the slid part out. It should just pop right out, but if it doesn't be sure not to force it as the parts will break easily.
You will need to start off by trimming the screw holes down a bit to make the holder fit tight under the radio and give you a little bit more room to put a din into the space under it. Just take some sandpaper or your dremel and get the round part flat ( see pics for example)
At this point you will need to start cutting your din in half right above the screw holes. I used a dremel with a plastic cutting wheel ( doesn't look very good but you will never see this so it doesn't really matter. )
Now take your mounting bracket and drill 4 holes in each side to mount the cup holder and din to. This is pretty self explanatory. Line the holes up and drill.
Now just trim up whats left of the din and put it back in the car.

I still need to trim around the shifter boot trim a bit more to lower it down to match up with the din but it works pretty good for now.
if anyone has any questions just post up and ask. Its really a pretty easy to do and for the price i consider it one of the best upgrades that can be done to the 240sx interior.
