DIY cleaning injectors

I've been wanting to clean my injectors, just for maintaince. I found this Article wondering if anyone has done this or has heard of this process. Do you guys think its safe?http://www.mikeponte.com/volvo/injectors.htmThanks

i have done this to alot of injectors, but with a twist i put a peice of hose on the top of the injector and fill it with carb cleaner.

Cool What Voltage battery did you use a 12volt also? Did you reuse the "O" rings?Thanks

Just sent them into RC and have them do it..I got mine back in a day or two.. It was something like $23-25 per injector..But they came back looking and flowing better then new.My 370cc injector's are now flowing at around 410cc !!!..All of them were flowing below 370cc's before the cleaning..Thats a huge differents!!
