Guys, I need help like crazy. A friend of mine turbo'd his KA (240SX S14) and after installing a new block with forged internals it won't start. Is there anyone in the Houston area that can help out? Before purchasing the parts we would like to install it and see if the car starts then we will buy the part. We are on a tight budget because the build has nickled and dimed us to death hence the install before purchase. The car is getting fuel (you can smell it) but no spark so it's either the distributor or something with the spark plugs (the motor turns over just fine). Please help me, I don't want him to have to sell the car. Let me know asap. TIA.-Nick
P.S. Also if you have any tips then please let me know. I know very little because the situation was discribed to me over the phone but I can find out more if you can give me clues. Come on Houston guys, help!

Is it a s13 or s14? Do you know if your coil is any good if its an s13? So your not getting any spark at all, are you sure your distributor is in correctly? Did you swap ecu's or anything like that? Kind of sounds like a wiring issue to me, make sure you have everything hooked up correctly.

it's an S14. I'm fairly sure that he checked that it's installed correctly (not his first build by a long shot). We need some serious help guys, also is there anyone in the Houston area who would also be able to come out and double check the work? I will move this question to the top post. Please help guys, he sacrificed a lot to buy the car and it's killing him now.
