Distance to empty won't reset on refill

Anybody know how to fix?

Try clearing the fuel counter completely by holding the circle button on the right side of the speedometer to clear the speedometer unit or clear the one on the big screen via the fuel menu.

Maybe also unplug the battery for 10 mins to reset everything?

Good suggestion, however as a "addon"; often with modern vehicles depressing the brake pedal while the battery in dis connected will cause any power backup capacitors in the various microcontrollers to drain as well. Many of these systems use so little power that capacitors are used as backup "batteries", forcing the brake lights drains them dry...
