distance to empty... not resetting

My wife and I purchased a 2015 Rogue SV AWD a couple of weeks ago. The miles to empty is not working properly. We filled up Thursday morning for the first time since purchasing the vehicle and drove to East Knoxville to have hand controls installed so I could drive it since I am a paraplegic. When we got back home, I refilled to check how much gas we used. we drove 130 miles and only took $9.00 to refill. It was then that I noticed the miles to empty continue to have the previous reading of 275 miles to empty which was the same reading as when we stopped to refill and has steadily decreased. It is as if it did not reset when I filled up the 2nd time. The owners manual states it should recalculate every 30 seconds. According to the owners manual there is no way to reset this. As anyone else had this to happen?

I would wait and on this one. Try and wait until you get a 1/4 a tank left then fill up again and reset all the trip odometers and see what happens.
If it still doesn't work correctly take it back to the dealer for them to fix.
