I ordered a SR20DET intake system from Enjuku racing, and they have given me nothing but trouble. I ordered this item about 3 weeks ago, they send me an email telling me my invoice is waiting to be processed. They never sent me an email back telling me that my invoice was processed. So, I call them back a week after I ordered it, and they say that they will go ahead and process it. AND NOW 3 WEEKS LATER, I call back to see how the order on package is going and I try to track it down. THEY STILL HAVEN'T PROCESSED MY INVOICE YET. So now I have to wait 2 more weeks for them to process my account and finally send the package out. This is complete BS, considering that was last part I needed to install my sr20det engine.

Therefore if anybody has a stock rubber intake pipe for an s13 sr20det that I can attach on to my MAF for now, that would be awsome.

Meh, I've been waiting for 14 months for a refund on my flywheel I sent them back. Other than that, Most people have had good experiences with them. Dunno what to say, we might just be unlucky

I have the stock intake tube you can have if you pay shipping. Let me know what you think.

I've had excellent service from Ken and all the guys at Enjuku.

Sometimes problems happen, it's inevitable. I know for certain these guys are busy with a ton of things and do a large amount of volume. Sometimes you gotta work with technical issues too.

Busy or not its not the customers fault that they cannot handle the amout of orders/jobs etc, its there job to keep customers informed and happy.

They must be swamped because its summer and race season because they are always super quick to pely and very helpful! Ken is always willing to help even when it doesn't get him a sell. He has even helped me find parts from other people when he didn't have them! I'm sure it will get worked out soon. Enjuku is a great business and I recomend them to anyone!

Swamped or not, that is not good business. However I've order quite a bit with them and have had nothing but good service.

If I were you I'd cancel more order, and shop elsewhere. **** like that would piss me off.
