I can play MP3 CD's made on my computer with no problem (after realizing the 31 charecter file name limit). But the track name/info does not display. It displays something like CD 1 - TR 1....etc. I have verified that the ID3 tags are correct (it contains both v1 and v2 tags) and all information in the tags is filled in. Is there something else I'm missing? Any help is appreciated. And yes, I know I can hook up a MP3 player, but I'd like to be able to play MP3 cd's and display the track info.

Thanks in advance

Have you pushed the DISP button on the player to cycle through the various options? You can display CD name, folder name, track name, etc. It works fine for the MP3 CD's I've made using basic CD creator software on my computer.

One time it actually turned out pretty funny. The player was on a track by Vienna Teng called "I Don't Feel So Well" when I started the car with my brother-in-law in the passenger seat. He looked at the display and asked me if my car was trying to tell me something!

No need to feel stupid - there are features on the player I have yet to figure out. And your question might turn a light on in someone else's head!
