I DO NOT HAVE Navigation on my 2012 Altima but when the Phone rings the bluetooth screen shows Telephone no Number or name -How can I incorporate that information to come on screen

I would suggest go by the dealer, they will probably be able to have you on your way in a matter of minutes.
