The way my computer came configured, i have 3 disks... One HD is a split disk into disk C being 15gb, and the rest is drive D being like 45gb or something..

Id like to split them up so that I have like 30gb on each, because I dont use D that much... but its making my system slow..

Can I do this without reformatting.....

Check partition magic I think the program is called. It's the only program I can think of that might be able to do something like that. But I haven't used it in a long time. You'll probably just have to reformat, just back everything up and have fun with it. What I know I always liked to do was hae small partition for just windows and like drivers and stuff. Then i have the second bigger one for games and all my files, that way when windows messes up I just reformat the first partition and I don't have ot back anything up. It's all just there like normal.
