There has been a lot of construction in my area over the past 3 years and my 2005 era nav system DVD is hopelessly out of date. I am cringing at paying $200 for a new set and wondering if anyone has any sources for getting them at a discount?

A second thought, perhaps one of you who sprung for the latest and greatest every year might be willing to unload one of the 2007 updates that you are replacing out???

Short of pirating (Seaching on Google for what your looking for then adding "torrent" next to it) you will have to buy it from some one or pony up the $190 and pay the makers for it.

That was the point of my post. There has to be another M35 owner out there who ponied up the cash for the new nav system and might want to unload the old disks at a discounted rate. Anyone?

Then you still have outdated information!

DVD information is at least one year old at time of publishing. So if new road information is the problem (and it is here) you will still miss a lot of those roads when you need them.

Why pay good money for less than the most current information? That's what a navigation system is for.

Agreed, but giving someone $20 for a disc that's old but newer than your's might be easier than shelling $200 for one that's a year newer...
