Discount Infiniti Parts, Anyone Bought From Here?

Quick question. I'm considering on buying a "genuine" part from this dealer https://www.discountinfinitiparts.com/

Have any of you bought from them? They're selling a part i absolutely need and its a solid 500$ less expensive than what my dealership quoted me.

Are they reliable, genuine parts?

I've been using rockauto and unfortunately they don't have the part i need. It can be a little risky... i have bought parts from them (upper control arms) and they did not fit. Gotta be careful.

I’ve bought suspension parts (struts and bushings) from Discount Infiniti Parts. They are fine, just another dealer with an Internet storefront.

I usually use Infiniti of Orland Park. If you call in an order it will be more expensive than ordering online tho. I am in VA and shipping is usually decent.

The part i'm trying to grab requires programming. I looked around on other sites, unfortunately they don't have it in stock. The reason i'm asking for reassurance is because i don't want to order it and spend a bunch to find out it's not genuine/programmable.

I'm in Canada and the dealer is trying to take advantage. So i brought it up with them and they dropped the price to be more competitive (-20%). I still think it's way overpriced lol. Go to nissan and you can find it for 360$. Essentially, it's the same part with different programming.

Now i know i can negotiate part pricing. Just find a dealer selling the piece for less, bring it up with your dealer and they may lower the price to lock you in.

They are legit Infiniti dealer. I buy from them all the time because they charge a fair price for shipping. Friendly stay also. I normally buy from them or another oem Infiniti site. But never buy from this scam site https://www.infinitipartsdeal.com/
