Due to the untimely death of my old car i have had to buy a new chassis and start all over again. the new car started life as a pretty clean example of a high mileage 1992 240sx, except for a rusty hatch and some dents around the sunroof. other than than there is no real rust on the chassis making it a perfect candidate for a complete overhaul.

there it is in all its automatic ka24de grocery getting glory

the hatch rust

pignosed

full of parts waiting to be put on

started pullin the motor today but i need a drip pan to let the fluids out of the engine

GOODIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

master bushing kit i got for free, if you have adjustable suspension arms you only end up using like 1/8 of this kit so if any one needs the entire rear half of the cars bushings i will give these to you

300zx turbo wheels

Silk Road coilovers w/ custom spring rates

crazy offset steel wheels

F1 spec seat

My second Evo 9 FMIC these things are awesome!!!

Front and rear 5 lug conversion

Hks pod filter

Custom Tension rod brace i made

Custom front knuckles i made. will allow 60 degrees of steering angle. i will not sell these if you want a pair you must go to MA-motorsports my design is based off of his design and i will not steal business from a friend. I would have bought them from Brian if i had the money. I highly recommend getting these knuckles from him not only do you get more steering angle but also wicked steering response. 1.25 turns lock to lock

here is a shot of the steering angle these knuckles give

hoping to have this done in time to compete at Hyperfest. its gonna be a long hard road till then, but ill try to keep the thread updated

big progress lastnight got the old engine out 5 speed swap is done front suspension is finished stainless braided lines, super angle knuckles, rb subframe, tension rods all new bushings, 5 lug swap is done on with the pictures!!!!!!!!!!!!!

old motor out rb subframe in

old subframe being torn down for nuts/bolts

threw the ka out in the yard

had to strip down the entire front suspension

5 speed swap done

front suspension going back together, still waiting on new inner tie rods so i had to put it back together for now without the bump steer adjusters.

the engine bay with everything back together

its a little more tan 2.5 turns lock to lock almost three i guess. ive driven a car with this mod before. kinda feels like your driving on a bubble. everything you do to the steering wheel is amplifed by 3x
