So I have two Pathifnders, one silver, one white, and they are early 2001.5 models (build date 9/00 and 10/00). I check and they use the round-style key fobs that have red and blue buttons.

I bought the white one as a parts car, but it turns out it’s in pretty good shape save for rear suspension sway, oil leak stuff that I can fix, so I’m fixing it.

Anyway, the white one I bought for parts didn’t have a key fob, so I used the spare from the silver one and tried programming it to the new car. It worked!! But now the fob works for both cars at the same time!!

So I go to unlock the white car, and both the silver and white versions respond! Ahhh!!

I think what I need to do is deprogram both of them, and reprogram them one-by-one but farrrrr away from each other, like a few blocks away.

Any ideas?
