Disc Format Error on DVD

Hello guys,

Im getting really frustrated. I just bought this nice QX56 and never bothered to check the dvd player. When i got home, i tried it and it keeps saying disc format error. has anyone come across this issue before?

Welcome to NICOclub! Glad to have you as a valued member of the Armada / QX56 Forum!

I assume you are referring to the DVD Entertainment player in the center console. Did you try a different DVD at all?

Hi Timmbo,

Yeah i tried multiple dvd's and i get thesame error with each of them.

Hmmm, honestly, I don't know what else to try, I would call an Infiniti dealer on Monday and see if they have any ideas. I never came across that one in my '04 QX56 or my '08 Armada. Good luck!
