Both mods of the KAT forum break their car in the same week...

I finally got my car running perfect, no part throttle stumble, no leaning out at high rpm, no stalling etc. Got her pulling like hell at only 13 lbs of boost. On the last run, cause it's always the last one, in 4th gear on boost at 5000rpm or so the jerks, gets extremely loud and loses all boost. I thought my WG had come lose again or the gasket crapped out. So I limp it home.

Open the hood and find my WG is still soilidly in place. DP is still tight...huh, keep looking. Manifold is tight...then BAM...I see the problem. Which immediatly causes me to laugh. The entire turbo flange where it meets the manifold radius has cracked and is completely seperated...lol. I can fix it, but it just figures. Get it running sweet and somthing just craps itself.

Bad pic, my cam still sucks...

*sigh of relief*

I thought your car popped too. That would have really sucked. Already bummed about Fiz's car.

Well looks like a semi-easy fix. Hope to hear it up and running again. Good luck!

Yeah man.. you need to start with this: everything will be just fine, I just... blah blah blah...

or just keep it like it is and give a heart attack to the nico members with poor eating habits.

I'm swinging buy the local farm and stealing 13 chickens to sacrifice tonight.

The weld popped because I ported the lower portion and sides to much. Taking away to much material for such a heavy turbo. The fix is already in work, I'll be done tonight.

No way I could start the title off easy though, I'm all about the shock value fella's.

Ahh man, look at that mess! Hey you know WD I'm selling a mani/dp/and wastegate dump (but NO turbo!)... Top mount, too, so the weight would be less of a problem.

Either way, glad to see your car is broken yet again. Misery loves company I guess haha-- now hey, we need to think of some sort of replacement contest between our cars which they can both participate in as they sit in the garage wounded... So far I've got you on looks/brains/style/women and potential power. What's left to compete over?

Yeah, you've got me on those categories...I sent you a package. Don't worry about the white powdery stuff, just rub it all over your skin.
