A few things - first of all - you're doing one helluva job, and I dig the color for sure. When you paint, do you have a booth, or are you rattle-canning the whole thing? I'd like to know what process you use for prepping and painting?

I dont get why you cut the fenders to weld the towers? Was it that much of a time saver, I am just confused lol WHY ?

I cut the fender because with the new metal on there it wouldnt line up right. I was forcing the fender up. So I cut it and now It lines up. Thanks all

Coming along great..i actually like the color choice..I wasn't a huge fan of it at first but it goes with the hood ( which i like ) So i ordered my Megan racing lowering springs they should be here Friday hopefully. Are you still pleased with them?

Its a rainy day out and I cant work on the car so I figured Id post up all my old S13.
Number 1. Bought it for $600 from JE Import performance with a blown motor and a Automatic trans.


I did alittle work to it. It was a bit rice but i was also young.

When I got back I got a coupe. RHD conversion, Off brand coilovers, Sparco seats, Silvia Front 300z brakes and slotted rotors.

Only pic I have of the interior is when I wasnt finished.

Donor s13. Sitting for 5 years and paid $200 bucks

Sold it because I was really tight on cash. When Money got better I picked up the first 240 I found. BIG MISTAKE!!!


I put on my Sil front that I saved.

And now...My current and hopefully last. This is my baby and shes a keeper.

So I figured I would continue my New build on my old Build thread. Could a MOD delete my current thread titled The new (hope this isnt a)Disaster build? Thanks

Most of you guys know that I had a Budget build well, after my Wife got the Silforty I sold my project She ended up getting a Civic for a family car and I took over the build. So for whats been done so far.
I took off that god awful Silvia front and put on my piggy front. Heres a list of what on the car now...
Kouki tails, Tein coilovers, 300z diff, XXR 002s, HKS Hi-power exhaust, S14 seats, and all the interior out of my old build, and some more that I cant think about right now



I got the bay all painted and started putting back in what ever I needed.

I needz Paint now.

Some minor updates. I painted the headlight brackets so they look good when you open the hood.

I also got the dash back in today.

PAINT!!! yes its OD green again...The way I see it, Its my color. I did it back like 5 years ago on 3 other 240s and Im doing it again. Im jusy putting more work and effort into this 240

Update...Im no longer doing the 302 swap. I found a complete SR swap cheap so I will be doing that next weekend
