Ok, I think I am just not bleeding the system right. Has no over heated, but since I changed my coolant again, it has benn ever so slightly low each time I check it. The overflow tank gets filled sometimes (expected in Texas this time of year), but it never boils or anything. There is no crap in the coolant (ie oil) so I don't think that I have a hurt headgasket. Here is how I have been filling it:Fill, turn car on, open and turn on heater, fill again, rev, wait for bubbles, fill, wait for bubbles fill, cap off. Should I be waiting for longer for da bubbles? Any tips?

I had a blown headgasket, no signs of oil in the coolant or vice versa. Do a compression test. You may not have hurt the motor but the previous owner in Japan may have.

Check that the heater core isn't leaking and that the water **** valve is functioning properly. Take a look at the turbo lines as well.

Remember when the engine is cold the coolant will not be pressurized. When heated it will expand in the radiator and be sent to the overflow container where it will remain till the fluid in the radiator cools, causing a vacuum to form which draws back the fluid. This would cause the overflow to look low on coolant but the system itself would have the same amount of coolant.

Well, I drove it for over 2 soild hours on a mini road trip today (lots of WOT and highway racing involved) in the 90+ degree heat. Never went above half way on the temp gauge (KA got hotter than that), and the overflow tank never got more than an inch or so in it. I will check it in the morning after everything cools.
