disabling security system - '92 maxima

I beleive the the OEM security system on my 92 maxima is all screwed up. I need to figure out how to disable it. it is cutting-off the engine while driving and idleing. there's no pattern. the security light just begins to blink everytime it does it. I'm getting close to alot of accidents cuz of it. any body know how to turn that dumb thing off, disable it?
