Disable tire light?

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

I have a 2010 Ex35 and put winter tires on. They dont have TPMS sensors so they activate my low tire pressure light. Is there a way to temporarily disable the light by pulling a fuse or bulb, and then changing it back when the summer tires come back on?

I believe the short answer is no. There's no fuse just for that little light. Others have simply put a piece of black tape over the light.

Definitely nope. The TPMS functions are all integral to the BCM and you can't disable that. Nor is there any BCM configuration option to disable it.

So then black tape it is. When I get new snow tires I'll probably spring for the sensors. Thanks all, for your inputs.
