The FACT Act is also mandatory the beginning of next year. This requires financial institutions to create a fraud flag on their system and pass this flag when they transfer information. This, plus Graham Leach Bliley Act and to a less extent Sarbanes Oxley 404 is evidence that the federal government is trying to look out for the little guy.Bud
