Dipstick length?

Can someone go measure their dipstick for me? (wow, that came out wrong).

I didn't have one in the motor I picked up so I just went to a junkyard and grabbed a random nissan dipstick. I put 4.5 quarts in last oil change, but its just barely showing on the dipstick, so I want to see how short the dipstick really is. I need to know the length from where it touches the tube to the end in the oil. Thanks.

Total length is 25.25ish inches. From top of the rubber seal is 21.5 inches. I quickly measured and there is a slight bend so the measurement may be off slightly.

Thanks. The one I have is only 19.5 from the seal to the end which explains why it reads so low. Appreciate the help. Now who wants to sell me a dipstick?
