Does any one have a do it yourself way of removing dings caused by a shopping cart

Depends where the dent is. You might be able to tap it back out if you can get a hammer behind the sheet metal. You'll want a dolly of some kind to keep it from simply becoming a convex dent instead of a concave one.

A MAJOR NO NO to hammer on a dent without a dolly. You can purchase a hammer and dolly at Kragen or Pepboys...or even at home depot i believe, lol.

if you don't want to tackle it yourself(because it's NOT easy using a hammer and dolly if you are not experienced, trust me i took an autobody class for 2.5 years), find a local shop that does "paintless dent removal"!!
